Mould Making
We can make moulds from customer's master patterns using a variety of different methods and materials. The majority of waxes are produced from standard 3" x 2" vulcanised moulds.
We can also make moulds using silicone rubbers, epoxy resin, plaster, metals and a combination of the above.
Using this range of moulds we can and have produced waxes for castings from less than 2 grams to over 10 kilograms.
