Rapid Prototyping - CADCAM
With our sophisticated computer aided design and modelling equipment we can quickly produce a 3D computer model from a customer's sample, drawing or photograph.
Once the 3D model has been approved a wax model can be produced. This model can either be cast directly into the required metal or used to create a silver master model for the production of vulcanised rubber moulds.
Using this system it is possible to rapidly create an extremely accurate model that can then be used to manufacture a range of sizes.
